Welcome to Michelin Flavors. By accessing or using our website www.michelinflavors.com and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Michelin Flavors provides private chef services, including but not limited to customized dining experiences, event catering, and meal planning. Service availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require advance notice and confirmation.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Payment methods accepted: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients must notify Michelin Flavors of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full loss of payment.

  • Michelin Flavors reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must disclose any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific requirements before booking.

  • Michelin Flavors is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

  • Clients must provide a clean and safe cooking environment when hosting services at their location.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Michelin Flavors takes reasonable precautions to ensure food safety and hygiene. However, we are not liable for any health-related issues arising after consumption.

  • We are not responsible for property damage or personal injury caused by third-party suppliers or incidents outside our control.

  • Clients assume responsibility for all guests present during service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Michelin Flavors website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Michelin Flavors and may not be used without permission.

  • Any recipes, menus, or culinary concepts developed by Michelin Flavors remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

  • Any personal or sensitive information shared with Michelin Flavors will be treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery.

  • We may use anonymized data for marketing and service improvement.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

Michelin Flavors will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations. However, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, government regulations, or supplier failures. In such cases, Michelin Flavors will work with clients to reschedule services or issue refunds where applicable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.
